WHAT IS POKIEY?
POKIEY is an independent fashion brand/designer from London, UK. All creations and designs are based on my own interpretation and/or experiences in fashion with inspiration taken from various areas, both within and outside of fashion. For POKIEY, creativity and cohesiveness in design is my main focus which means my design style will inevitability experience change and growth over-time.
Currently this brand is run just by myself (Henry).
DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS OR CUSTOMS?
Yes. If the product is something I have posted on my Instagram then you can get in contact with me via any of our communication channels and request a made-to-order sample, which will take 2-6 weeks. Pricing will depend on the garment and adjustments that need to be made for you.
Customs (designs made from scratch) are also available but take significantly more time and money, get in contact with us to discuss the details.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Wherever you are, as long as there's a working postal service we should be able to deliver to you.
Please be aware that some countries charge custom fees or other types of taxation on international orders, as this is different for every country please do your own research before purchasing.
WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Pre-orders is a system where you order a product before it has officially begun production, this means that order fulfilment time will take much longer than a regular order, pre-order dispatch dates will usually be displayed on the product page and regular updates will appear on our Instagram.
Pre-orders are important for smaller brand like POKIEY as provide a better idea of many pieces we should make and in what sizes, therefore limiting the risk that comes with holding too much stock.
When running pre-orders, the produce will usually be discounted 10-15% from its full price to compensate for the increased delivery time, so if you're looking to pickup a piece on a discount, that would be your best time to do-so.
WHEN ARE YOU RELEASING NEW STUFF?
I don't currently run on a strict release schedule and usually take my time in creating individual garments, however, new designs are usually released every 2-3 months as samples and 1-3 times a year in larger quantities (50-200)
WHEN WILL YOU / CAN YOU RESTOCK X ITEM?
Restocks are usually quite rare for me to do, but not impossible, entering you email in the 'Out of Stock' notification button on an out of stock product will notify you and let you be the first in line if a restock does happen in the future.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED AND DELIVERED?
Orders roughly take up to 5 working days to be prepared and dispatched, after this delivery times vary from country to country, UK orders should expect to get their pieces within 1-2 days from dispatch, whereas international orders could range anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks.
WHERE IS MY ORDER IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 3 WEEKS
On very rare occasion, deliveries take more then 3 weeks, this usually only occurs on orders to Asia, Australia and New Zealand, although unlikely, if this does occur please give it an extra week before getting in contact as Royal Mail only you to register a package as lost or late 28 days after the day it has been dispatched so there is not much I can do until then.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your order says it's been delivered but has not arrived you can make a claim with the delivery service on their website.
WHERE IS THE TRACKING INFO ON MY ORDER?
If you selected tracking when checking out, the tracking information should be available on your email when the order gets dispatched.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?
Refunds are available for all customers if the product is returned within 14 days of arrival and the product remains unused and in the same condition it was purchased, if any alterations or wear-and-tear is visible on the product the return unfortunately cannot be accepted. Additionally, the customer must arrange and cover the costs of their own shipping. The shipping costs to the customers as well as any additional fees (PayPal, Shopify, etc) will also be deducted from the total refund value.
If a product arrives defective due to manufacturing error then we will grant a full refund or replacement and reimburse the return expense if the product is found to be defective after inspection. If the packaging is delivered damaged please contact the delivery service first.
