Refund policy
Refunds are available for all customers if the return is sent within 14 days of arrival and the product remains unused and in the same condition it was purchased, if any alterations or wear-and-tear is visible on the product the return unfortunately cannot be accepted. Additionally, the customer must arrange and cover the costs of their return and exchange shipping.
The final return value will equal the total product value minus the shipping costs and transaction fees incurred (PayPal, Shopify, etc) as well as a 20% restocking fee.
If a product arrives defective due to a manufacturing error then we will accept a refund and reimburse the return expense or offer a replacement if there is still available stock. If the packaging is delivered damaged please contact the delivery service first.
We do not offer refunds/returns for any sample products
To start a return, you can contact us directly through Instagram, the contact page or admin@pokiey.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
